Structural
Strategy Assessment

The Structural Strategy Assessment is the operational implementation of the Algopolis framework.

It evaluates the structural robustness of a trading approach, not its recent performance.

The objective is not to judge profitability, but to identify architectural imbalance, latent fragility and structural incoherence that may remain invisible during favourable market phases.

Scope of the Assessment

The framework examines your approach across distinct structural pillars:

  • Exposure structure
  • Risk architecture
  • Empirical validation discipline
  • Execution and behavioural stability

Each dimension is evaluated individually and in relation to the others.

The focus is structural coherence, not optimisation.

What the Assessment Delivers

Upon completion, you receive:

  • A global structural coherence score
  • Pillar-level analysis and scoring
  • Identification of structural fragility points
  • A consolidated structural profile

The output is intended to support structured reflection and informed refinement.

Sample Assessment Report

The following example illustrates the type of structural diagnosis provided by the Assessment, based on a hypothetical trading strategy.

ILLUSTRATIVE RESULT

Viable but Fragile Structure

Indicative positioning on the structural robustness scale

Global analytical memo

The strategy rests on coherent foundations, but they are only partially secured. No immediate critical imbalance is identified; however, certain structural weaknesses limit resilience under prolonged stress.

Pillar diagnostics

Exposure & instruments — WEAK

Exposure is partly identified, yet key asymmetries remain embedded. Concentration across instruments, regime dependency or volatility sensitivity may generate disproportionate drawdowns during stress.

Risk management — SATISFACTORY

Risk management is coherent, constraining and capital-preserving. Position sizing, loss containment and exposure limits are internally consistent.

Data & testing — SATISFACTORY

Validation relies on realistic, sufficiently broad and structured empirical work. Testing methodology reflects actual deployment conditions.

Execution & human factors — SATISFACTORY

Execution logic is compatible with real-world constraints. Operational demands remain manageable even during adverse phases.

Structural impact

The strategy may withstand normal conditions, but absorption capacity remains partially dependent on strengthening key pillars.

Framework & limitations

This assessment focuses exclusively on the internal structure of the strategy.

Illustrative excerpts from one possible result. The complete report includes the individual pillar diagnostics, structural implications and links to the detailed evaluation framework. Results depend on the participant’s responses and do not constitute investment advice.

What It Does Not Do

The assessment:

  • Does not generate trading signals
  • Does not optimise entries or exits
  • Does not predict returns
  • Does not provide investment advice

It is a structural diagnostic tool.
